Trading Terms
Artwork
1. Artwork supplied by the client must be in the correct printing format. Refer to the ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS page on the left for more detail. Any art that requires correction or adjustment can be done and will be charged accordingly. See the GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES page on the left for more details.
2. It is the responsibility of the client to give final artwork approval. Please check for correct spelling, numbers, grammar, details etc. WILD FX will not be help accountable if the customer has given approval to proceed and later realise there has been an error in detail. This accounts for work both design by or given to WILD FX.
Orders
1. Before any work can commence we require a 50% deposit on all jobs.
2. Job delivery lead times will be specified on a job by job basis
3. No rush jobs can be guaranteed to meet shorter deadlines. We will assist with urgent orders if at all possible.
4. Cancellation of an order will incur a $50 administration fee (minimum) plus any other costs incurred if applicable.
Payment
1. We accept Direct Deposit, Cheque or Cash.
2. Direct deposit is our preferred method.
3. Cheques need to be cleared for work to commence.
4. We do not accept Credit Cards at this stage, but it will be coming soon.
Dispatch / Freight
1. WILD FX will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed either from within our production facilities or by any third party provider.
2. WILD FX will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery.
3. If the goods are delivered in a damaged condition or in damaged boxes, it is your responsibility to note this on the delivery docket with the courier immediately upon delivery, any goods signed for will not be reprinted unless this has been done.
4. Freight / Delivery costs are varied from job to job due to various job and product sizes. Most online prices include delivery costs unless otherwise stated. All other jobs not stated on line will include the relevant freight costs.
